Obnoxious man - totally uncalled for.God forbid I wanted to use his cash withdrawal facility which he rather foolishly advertises as an option !! I worry about the elderly people wishing to draw their pension or God forbid their hard earned savings. Never in my life have I witnessed such outright vile behaviour from someone who clearly should know better .. ... and we worry about the youth of today. Please someone relieve him of the post he clearly finds beneath him. Oh my goodness I am totally speechless. He was arrogant, rude and quite threatening. Shouldn't be allowed !!!!
